Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended.

Room was still dirty, cereal on the floor, some brown goop on the bathroom floor. Booked a king bed and had two queens, no other available rooms. Breakfast was good though

Staff were great. Hotel was clean and the accessible room was very accommodating. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds. Was a good stay and would stay again . The hot tub was great but the pool was very cold was the only issue.

The property is under construction which was not disclosed when renting the room through Expedia. We were awoken Early in the Morning by hammering in the room next door to us as they're gutting the room out. I understand that renovations need to be done. I don't expect to pay $145 for a room and only get minimal amount of sleep as that's what the room is being used for. I would also note that the jacuzzi we wanted to use was discussing and dirty around the rim so we didn't even enter it for further investigation.

The staff was very nice and made you feel welcome. The bathroom tub had mold around the faucet. I did not get in the shower. Looked very unclean.

The hot tub and pool were the best part of the stay except we couldn’t utilize it the next morning due to the water being shut off. A notice we were not aware of as we arrived late the night before. Good thing we showered the night before as we had no water in our room. The floor was not clean in the bathroom and we had a couple of dirty towels.

Pool was cold was told at end of stay that they have been having issues with the heater on the pool stay would have been more enjoyable if we were able to take more advantage of the pool that was the man reason for our stay breakfast really good and manager on duty the day of check out was really nice

There were only 2 towels for a group of 4. Hair dryer did not work. There wasn’t an extra roll of toilet paper. Free breakfast was cold and limited offering. We were very disappointed with this Hampton Inn.

Room wasn’t clean our door wouldn’t lock we were instructed to “use the deadbolt “ when inside the room so our belongings were unsecure when we left the room.. the pool doors were propped open because again the locks weren’t working and the pool deck was disgustingly slimy and there was unidentified brown things floating in the hot tub which is why we booked this hotel in the first place and couldn’t enjoy it…. The property is not well maintained won’t return and don’t advise anyone else to especially for how expensive it was!
