"There was piss and feces all over the toilet and on the floor. There was no staff available. The room phone was not picked up by anyone as there was no one at reception. There was no hot water. The TV didn’t work and numerous attempts going in and out the room to fix it. Children shouting and screaming in the corridors. I didn’t feel welcome after making my complaints known I didn’t feel safe. Despite conveying all this to finally finding someone that worked there they still charged me for three...
