"My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot.
One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time.
The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not...

"Breakfast was good. Potatoes weren’t hot but there was plenty of other food to eat. Frankie, Portia and Terrance were all super helpful. They were always busy cleaning or doing something. Kudos on such great workers. It’s definitely a hotel we’d stay at again. "

"Hallways were extremely dirty, trash lying on the carpet. Sheets on the bed were stained as well as pillow cases. TV would freeze every few seconds. Water pressure in shower was extremely poor. On our last day I also saw a roach on the mirror. Would not recommend staying here."

"Location great. Staff great. Very clean. But under needed updating. The new mattresses were in the walkways. Painting needed attention. "I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7."
