"I have to admit I was not happy with my room. It was dated, with a non-working shower and full of insects, especially after it went dark. However, I cannot but admit that the people managing the property (a family of four plus staff) went out of their way to make this a memorable stay. They were incredibly hospitable and their engaging personalities ended up making this a memorable experience; one that would make me consider returning in the future; albeit in a different room...

"Das Hotel hat eine große Auswahl an Buffet, aber nicht wirklich viel Auswahl für Vegetarier. Die Sauberkeit war ok, man merkte, dass die Reinigungskräfte schnell und nicht gründlich im Zimmer arbeiten. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und vor Ort auch sehr hilfsbereit. Leider muss ich den Service des Hotels kritisieren, weshalb ich viele Sterne abziehe. "Mein Aufenthalt im Casa Cook Rhodes war einfach außergewöhnlich. Schon beim Ankommen spürt man die entspannte Atmosphäre, das stilvolle Design und die Liebe zum Detail. Die gesamte Anlage ist modern, ästhetisch und perfekt gepflegt – ein Ort, an dem man sofort abschaltet. Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind groß, minimalistisch-edel eingerichtet und unglaublich gemütlich. Besonders die Varianten mit direktem Poolzugang sind ein echtes Highlight – man fühlt sich wie in einer privaten...

"I thought it was a 5 star... it was not. The room itself was fine but the bathroom needs work. Must have plumbing issues as the bathroom (before being used) stinks. Sitting on the toilet is a tight squeeze because the sink is in the way. No towel racks or toilet paper holder..? Shower head is built for people under 5' 7". 2€ for using more than 2 nespresso pods. Staff were nice and friendly lobby was very fancy. "

"The best parts of this hotel is the great selection of breakfast, infinity pool with a gorgeous view and the comfy sun loungers and beds in the rooms. Cons: The direct beach access isn’t a nice beach or worthwhile visiting. The bar of an evening could be better service with better entertainment for a better atmosphere. Same with around the pool it would be great if there was an outdoor bar/ more people around serving for drinks/food. You have to get a taxi to Lindos Town which costs 12 euros...

"A last minute decision for an overnight on Symi and Pedi beach hotel did not disappoint. Although the hotel was full the staff were friendly, engaging and incredibly helpful. Although not glamorous, we swam off the beach in front of the hotel and were able to walk to two other less "towny" beaches. Breakfast buffet was varied and extensive. Would recommend this hotel and its lovely staff."

"Aweful. How to make people feel like they haven’t paid enough to warrant good service. We just did Half Board- and clearly this hotel prefers AI clientele. Couldn’t get nice coffee because we hadn’t paid for some package, so instant only. Couldn’t get sunbeds near the beach because we hadn’t paid for some service. "

"Lovely hotel, wonderful views - bar and reception staff were excellent. Lots of nice touches and features. If this were a four star hotel I'd be rating it excellent. Gripes: Breakfast had a huge range, but few coherent meals - missing basics like strawberries, bananas (most days), granola. The pool bar staff were lovely, but the cocktails were essentially 11 euro waters. It took 48 hours after requesting it for our private pool to be cleaned - despite us watching them clean pools in empty...

"Was a lovely experience, great staff... the only issue would be the pool was not open longer hours and not being able to see the children play as children should - eg; splashing in the pool - This is not an adult only facility, children should be able to play. Everything else was great. "
