"This was a great stay. The room was clean, the staff was nice and the check-in and check out were seamlessly quick. I even like that there was and extra blanket and pillow already in the room without having to ask. The pool was closed due to maintenance but, I can’t even complain about that and least it’s been maintained. The restaurant had something happened earlier the day we stayed so they on had personal pizzas available. Not my first choice but, at least there was still an option available to guests. I also like that at certain times they close one of the gate to get on the hotel property. So, there was only one way in and out. It gave me a sense of security and I wasn’t worried about my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others in the future."

"This is an old historic hotel that has been updated of course. Hotel was clean, breakfast was great. We did have a couple of small issues that staff fixed right away. The hotel is in a great location. We parked our car on Wednesday didn’t see it again until Saturday. Easy walk to all downtown attractions."

"Great staff with clean and well maintained rooms. Breakfast was good but the staff had difficulty keeping up with demand. However, it was a very busy weekend. We had an issue and maintenance was immediately on it. Great stay overall."

"They are supposed to empty the trash and put new towels in every day and redo the bed every third day but unless you ask at the desk they only go in the room on the day they are doing the bed."
