"Everything was great except for the guests above us. Must have been a family with either kids or large dogs. Sounded like they were playing tag or something requiring lots of running and jumping. They finally settled down around 11:00. Our pup would jump up and bark at every impact. Normally she is very calm and travels well. The excessive jumping, running, etc. were very disturbing."

"Clean room, great staff, comfortable beds"

"Breakfast was as expected for a hotel, it’s served between 7am- 9am Monday- Friday. Wednesday is social meal, serve light snacks and adult drinks. The pool was unfortunately close the three days we were there. The room could use an upgrade and some maintenance. If you sleep with a blanket plan on bringing one with you, the bed only had light sheets. The staff were very nice and do house keeping every other day. "

"The common areas were nice and the breakfast was good. The rooms were adequate with comfortable beds. The carpet in the rooms was a little gross, and there were stains on the sofa. While it was adequate for a one night stay, the photos made it seem much nicer than it actually was."

"We did not have a trash can, asked 3 times and finally got one our last night. Pool and hot tub not working. This was not communicated. I would have stayed somewhere cheaper if I had known… no discount offered. Asked for more towels and had to go seek them out because they weren’t given to us. I had to park in the back and found out the pool ( the only door in the back) wouldn’t open. I had to walk around the side. The area was unlit and dark. My concern is not for me but my mom or other more...
