"I was disappointed by the condition of the room. Paint was peeling, outlets were broken, carpet under the TV stand hadn't been cleaned for a long time, and the towels, while looking clean did not smell clean. On a good note, I ordered room service and it arrived in a timely manner, and cooked to my liking. Just be aware that there was a $5 delivery fee and an even greater service fee! Wont go back with so many better options."
"I didn’t like how front desk don’t speak. My only thing is the room had a urine smell and because it was 3 weddings i couldn’t switch rooms. The property was nice next to everything."
"Transportation was awesome! They take you anywhere you need to go within reason. So much money saved! Best option for getting around is the L Train. They will pick you up and drop you off with no questions. Everyone was so helpful!"
"This is a good location in proximity to everything in the Lakewood/Boystown Neighborhoods. It was not a huge inconvenience to not have a working elevator but make sure you are not placed in a room right next to the stairwell as the squeaking and slamming door throughout the night did not lend to a very restful stay."
