"El personal muy amable, la última noche la habitación tenía humedad y parte del techo se desprendió. Rápidamente nos acomodaron en otra habitación. El colchón del sofá cama en muy malas condiciones y se expresó la queja y no hicieron nada para remediarlo. El hotel es algo caro y si tienes que caminar para llegar a la avenida principal donde están las tiendas, big hop bus, etc."

"Room was incredibly clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Front desk and through the chat app. Breakfast ended up being voided via vouchers, free of charge! And food was very good. We will absolutely stay here again! Literally have nothing but good things to say about this resort/hotel!"

"The room was very clean but obviously showing jts age-peeling wall paper, broken window shade, semi repairs to the bathroom wall behind the toilet. The stay was excellent t in every other way, but they really should attend to these types of upgrades."

"Pool was ice cold, was not notified of the whirlpool being broken. Room furniture was uncomfortable.
Location is not easy to get to, parking is not easily accessible.
Breakfast wasn't bad for price.
We will never stay here again."
