"Worst experience because of the poor communication from the people at the front desk. They send you to a restaurant next door promising a discount that never happens. The waitresses there lack manners, professionalism, and they even steal from you. I'm never coming back."

"The room is really beautiful with a balcony, and the bed was so comfortable. Staffs are very helpful and offer lots of help despite my language barrier. The amenities are fantastic, we loved the indoor pool and the jacuzzi. They also have laundry facilities that you can pay a few dollars to use, which are great for long stays. The hotel is located close to one of the nicest mall in Santiago, so shopping is very convenient. The hotel has elevators, so I’m not quite sure why the listing mentioned...

"I love this place! This is my second time there and I love the location. Uptown Las condes with amazing views from the apartments. Everything is close by! A mall, subaway, restaurants,pharmacies, supermarket. Very safe area and communication with the administration is excellent. The units come with AC and a washer which is so convenient. I feel like this is my place in Santiago like home away from home."
