"It was a cozy week night stay at the HoDo! Staff were friendly and we really enjoyed the complimentary afternoon snack bar as well as the room serviced locally baked pastries in the morning. And a great location downtown, plenty to do, even on a Tuesday!"

"The pool was so bad, the whole hotel smelled so bad of chlorine that they had the windows open. My son’s eyes were blood shot from the second we walked through the door. Not too add we arrived later at night(which they knew) and our room was not prepared appropriately. The window was left open so when we entered the room it was about 50/55 degrees. You know when you get off of a long road trip and the first thing you ca think is where is the nearest bathroom? Well me too, but just our luck I was...

"The breakfast was okay. Waffles and pancakes available but none of the individually wrapped bread items were dated and did not taste good. Egg patties and sausage for hot items. A lot of sweet things no so much savory. Clean property and rooms, we really liked our king suite with the bunk beds-perfect for traveling with a tween and teen. The kids enjoyed the pool. Not much interaction with staff besides checkin-you didn't see much of them. Layout could be a little confusing and the upstairs...

"After our nightmare of Airbnb situation it was wonderful crawling into a clean, smoke free room. Breakfast was also a nice bonus!"

"We didn’t even go in. We pulled up and saw how unclean it even looked just from the outside and decided to drive the few hours back home instead. We weren’t expecting perfection, we knew it was cheap and we weren’t paying much. But we just couldn’t get ourselves to stay."

"The theme of the hotel was cool. It was wilderness and log cabin. Complete with animal tracks throughout the hotel and bears climbing on the outside of the building. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge with handicapped accommodations in the tub. The pool area is quite large with small attractions for climbing and playing. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Staff was quick to refill anything that was getting low. Definitely would consider staying again."
