Our room was very dated. And we had a terrible sewer smell in our room at certain times. Grossed us out. Front lobby was lovely but we got put in the oldest part of the hotel. Disappointing.

It is an old property with not a lot of updates but clean. Front desk was very efficient and helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff, lobby, breakfast area was nice. Decent food. Found cookies under the bed. Several rooms, guests were enjoying smoking weed that wafted into the hallway and my room. So much that I was awakened. They were non smoking rooms.

Staff was great, the continental breakfast was good. The room was ok, beds were clean, but a lot of things that need work in the room, carpet peeling off the walls, dusty and very dirty behind the furniture, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom, the showwr head was junk. Thank you for the feedback, we really do appreciate it. We are in the process of getting things in order to remodel that last side of the hotel so those items will be taken care of in the near future.
The reviews seemed good, but what I found was a worn out old Holidome. Tech updates in room almost nonexistent. Leather recliner in room is heavily deteriorating. I was embarrassed to stay there.

Most of the property outside looked in disarray. The curtains over the windows are torn and frayed. Most of the bedding was stained. A lot of the channels were out on the TV.

Disappointing. Would not call this hotel & suites, would call this Motel & Units. Beds, linens old. Very uncomfortable. Room dark, dingy. We were on the 2nd floor, had to carry bags up long flight of stairs, no elevator. Difficult we are seniors. Easy to get to airport from this location only benefit,

Too close to the freeway. The clientele walking from the restaurant into the lobby were questionable. And the pitch from the website said it was located near the downtown area. IT IS NO WHERE NEAR DOWNTOWN.

The best pool area in the Fargo area. This entire hotel was remodeled and updated within the past 2-3 years. New carpet, bathroom, furniture. Unique architecture.

We stay a this motel most times we're in Fargo. Its clean & comfortable! The beds are so nice. There's a bar & grill on site & 2 pools, 1 inside 1 outside. Very nice people to work with.
