"Il pub ha un ristorante ottimo sia per la colazione che la cena. La camera era nella struttura adiacente. Abbastanza confortevole ma senza aria condizionata, ci sono però dei ventilatori."

"Staff friendly Food was great and well priced"

"Had an amazing stay. Great room and wonderful food."

"This unique hotel above a pub, located in walking distance to the town was very noisy because of the busy road that passed by. The room was small and while advertised as having a king size bed, the bed was only queen-sized. The bathroom was equally small. The staff were over worked due to a lack of people. The one young lady was everywhere-checking us in, serving drinks and dinner etc."

"Our 2 night stay at The Bell was enjoyable. Our room and the en-suite was clean, well presented and quite comfortable although the mattress was showing some signs that it will soon need to be replaced! Breakfasts were delicious, well cooked, generously portioned and a good quality. Our one evening meal was equally good and felt home cooked - far superior to the more usual Green King pub fare we’ve had. On both evenings the 2 real ales on offer were excellent – CAMRA take note! Andy, the...

"Set on a picturesque canal, a garden by the waters edge with waddling ducks coming to say hello, the staff team here are caring and kind. Our room had an old but very modern feel and as a couple we discussed the art on the walls. We've had a lovely stay and we're made to feel very welcome."

"The staff was excellent! The beer and wine were great and the food was good!"

"We were looking for an overnight stop travelling back North from Southampton and came across here. There was a big extension being built to the front of the pub so parking was difficult but otherwise caused no inconvenience. We had 3 rooms and all were very comfortable and well equipped . What stood out about this place was the staff, all were genuinely lovely and friendly. Checked in and personally shown to our rooms. We ate at the pub and the food was quickly served and was simply delicious...

"Extremely disappointing stay and nowhere near the standard expected for a superior room. We had booked a twin room but were initially given a double. When we were eventually moved to the twin room we had actually booked, the condition of it was unacceptable. There was hair across the bathroom, stained bedding, significant dust throughout the room and heavy dirt and buildup around the extractor fan and light fittings. The coffee machine still contained water and used pods from the previous...

"The Dial House is located right in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water, an easy walk to everything. Our room was in the old building and was comfortable. The bath had an attractive large tub, but only a hand-held for a shower. There was plenty of hot water. Parking was plentiful and easy to access. Guests are asked to only enter through the back door of the building to not disturb dining customers. That was a little strange and inconvenient, but not a major concern. We had three concerns. ...

"Had a very comfortable one night stay at this very pretty property. Room was just as shown, clean & big enough for our needs. Delicious breakfast included in price, that we ate in main building which is beautiful. Lovely friendly staff. Can't fault it, glad we stayed & would stay again if in area. Recommend."
