"The first room provided was horrible. It had a strange odor. The second room was much better but the tub was stained."

"The rooms were not cleaned well. Things were dusty. The bedding was also not changed. Lots of hair from whoever stayed previously. I had to ask for clean sheets, but when asked if I declined room service & had to tell them I just checked in I was only given a clean flat sheet."
