"Unfortunately, our stay was a little disappointing. Palazzo Columbo is an annex, away from all the hotel’s facilities, which was not made clear on either Expedia or the hotel’s own website. I’m also not convinced we received the room category we booked. The room had a broken toilet seat, and given the annex has only four rooms, basic amenities like a kettle and coffee maker should be provided. Breakfast was very underwhelming with tiny portions and poor quality a limit of three items, and...

"This is a lovely hotel situated right on the beach. Everything was in great condition and the view from our room was stunning. Although lots of places had closed down after the end of September, we still enjoyed the area and there was lots to do in Galipoli, a short drive away. Sylvia is the real star of the hotel and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is welcomed and taken care of during their stay. We felt like part of the family. Thank you."

"Beautiful property with lovely hostess and host. Breakfast was excellent and different every day. Everything was done really well. The property is very close to restaurants, bars and the centre of town and old Gallipololi is just a 15 minute walk away. A really fabulous holiday. We couldn't have asked for anything different."

"This was a last minute booking on our part and it turned out to be an excellent choice. A good location within easy walking distance to the old town. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable, helping us navigate parking on our trip to Lecce, making sure we took umbrellas with us which they provided. They gave us restaurant recommendations and other useful info. Breakfast was varied and really tasty. All in all this hotel is a bit of a gem!"

Clean, comfy beds, attentive staff, great dip pool, quiet and convenient location in the heart of Gallipoli. Antonio was fabulous and helpful. "Hotel moderno, habitaciónes comidas a 600 metros del centro histórico. La piscina y el gym son muy pequeños. La atención del personal es muy buena y con una sonrisa. Al momento del check el 5 de junio a las 11 am, la señorita que nos atendió fue super amabable, no así su compañero que estaba sentado a su lado en el front desk, que fue descortés. Pero fue la excepción. Alexandro por la noche super amable y atento también."
