"Our stay at the Magnuson Hotel in Commerce was extremely disappointing. The biggest concern was safety. None of the exterior doors to the building were locked. I personally checked every exterior entrance, and every one of them allowed unrestricted access to the hallways and guest rooms. The check-in process was frustrating. "The hotel was conveniently located for the educational site we were visiting. The very young desk clerk was pleasant but slow during check in. The desk clerk did know the password to the business computer in the lobby and the general password didn't work on it. There are no towel bars in the bathroom. There are no drawers in the room. No additional clothes hangers nor another suitcase rack were available. Housekeeping was sporadic during our 5-day visit. Breakfast was monotonous but convenient....

"The room was clean. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked real good and they had a wonderful breakfast in the morning."

"The room was small. Not sure what they were thinking putting TWO beds in that room, because it would still be a small room with one bed in it! The mattresses were not comfortable at all, the reason we got a different hotel and stayed an extra night is because me, and non of my fellow travelers got any sleep...."

"The Biggest thing is Parking. Parking is so limited and then they let trucks with trailers on the property and block the whole parking lot. Second thing is the property has a smell like old"

"We stay at many Hiltons, and this one was not very clean. There was dog smell all over, the hotel tries to cover it up with a strong scent. Our shower did not work; room smelled like mold and beds were very hard. The pool was not kept up, very dirty my kids did not want to get in. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful."
