I informed the front desk that I needed to be at the airport by 3:00 a.m. and would require a taxi. I was assured that the front desk was staffed 24/7. "We checked into the hotel on Friday for a 3 night stay. The first room was'nt quite as expected compared to the photos, therefore we mentioned it to reception since it was for a 40th birthday weekend and a lovely receptionist called Ramona showed us to another room which was amazing, she was very understanding and friendly with this request. "This lovely hotel has a fantastic location next to Water Bus stop and many restaurants. The staff were wonderful. We joked that our only criticism is that the room didn't have a corkscrew making it the perfect hotel as we had something to complain about!! "

"Great location. Steps from a water bus stop to the airport and train station and close to everything else. If you are like me and don’t pack body wash, shampoo or conditioner when traveling, just know that there was only body wash in the shower. No big deal, just something to be aware of. Room was a good size and was clean and quiet as well. "

The hotel arranged boat transfer from the airport that was easy and from there we did the vaperetto public boats to get around including to the train station without any problems. Room was a little smaller than I expected but the patio was huge and it was nice to have a private outdoor space. "
