"Super disappointed that there is NO hot tub! The property advertises that they do, but it's obvious they removed the hot tub and put furniture in it's place. That should be made clear as we were looking forward to using the hot tub after a long day on the road. Also, coffee options were not good, the in-room option was terrible. Breakfast consisted of nothing but old cereal, plain bread and apples. "

"Staff were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and didn’t have the typical icky hotel smell. There had been a lot of rain recently so it would have been beneficial to have a rug when you walk into the room to keep the floor dry and from getting dirty. A towel by the shower door would have been helpful too. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Overall, for the price, I’d stay there again. "

"Staff was excellent. I was in town for my son’s funeral. I stayed there, as well as 7 of my children and multiple grandchildren. Staff went above and beyond to be of any assistance that I requested. "

"THE room was unacceptable. the room smelled had a thumb size hole in the wall and 50-100 nail holes. A/C not working temp was set at 78 and could adjust. We never unpack we went back down and checked out and had problems wanting to charge us for the room. Notified Expedia to get refund had problems with them. NOT HAPPY!! "

"The room was very clean to even yo the commodes rim 💯 However, the housekeeping could have been better. Wasn't sure whether there was maid service after two days without cleaning the room. We had to asked the front desk about clean towels and service."

"We had to switch rooms as we were placed in an a Joining room we weren’t aware of. The staff was wonderful and provided us with the only room they had left which was a king. Unfortunately that meant my husband, son and myself all had to share a bed. The room was not clean, light fixtures were off, it smelled like someone was smoking weed LITERALLY right outside of our door. We also had to deal with people running up and down the hall all night.
