"The rooms were very clean, exactly like in the pictures. Items like dental kit, water, loofa, snacks are complementary. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall, a good stay for a good price. Just, mind that it says that shuttle from the airport is available and it’s not… I tried messaging and got no answer so, called and asked about it and they said that they didn’t provide that service. Other than that, it was all according to description "

"I used to like staying in this hotel but the experience has been beyond horrible this time. The constant noise, calling front-desk and being promised it will stop — and now, 20 mins, prior to closure saying that the only option is to change the room —- feels really below acceptable.
At the very least you owe telling the guests as to how bad it is going to be before they book.
Very disappointed and a really bad experience. I hope your senior management sees this and does something to change...
