"Our experience staying at this hotel was worst part of our trip. First there was a mix up on our reservations and the “trainee” check in person had no idea what he was doing and unable to help so he called the manager who was not only unwilling to accommodate but was very aggressive on the phone to point that he was yelling. Second the walls are very thin and you can hear the people three rooms down. Third, the pillows were hard as rocks and the best was that the toilet paper holder only had one...

"I was in the area to attend a conference. The hotel was located right off of I-30, which made it convenient for getting around the area. The hotel was clean and served a decent breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. Good deal for the price."

"When I arrived on the property, I was unable to check in early due to the night's capacity. I spoke with Marie at Guest Services, and she said the earliest she could try to get me in was 10. She did an extraordinary job and made sure I could get in for early check-in, even though the room I had reserved was not available. She gave me a different room equivalent to what was reserved, and I was not charged an early check-in fee. THANK YOU for your hospitality."

"We rented the king bed suit for 6 days, very big rooms ac worked great has a mini fridge and microwave! No black out curtains, bed was hard and uncomfortable the toilet didn’t flush my husband had to fix it! Never did housekeeping throw our trash or refresh or towels. The hotel overall needs much better up keep there’s spider webs and rusting everywhere the pool was closed all week ! And the breakfast is vey mediocre but the staff is very pleasant!"

"I was extremely pleased with the assistance from the front desk staff upon check-in. On a different note I reported an electrical problem with a floor lamp to the Cleaning staff while she was cleaning our room to prepare for the second day of our stay. This issue was not important to me, but I didn’t notice that it was not repaired during the second day of our stay. Overall, I was very pleased with our accommodations."
