"The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was ok, could have done with more fruit options.The location was very ideal, not far from the train station. The staff were very helpful especially Rafa. However, it was let down by lack of access key to our room throughout our stay there due to IT issues."

"The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk to all the major sites like the cathedral and Lonja de Seda. The room was immaculately clean and quite spacious, especially for a boutique hotel. The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and I loved the rainfall shower with constantly hot water. My only complaint was that we had a street facing room, so it was quite noisy throughout the night. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. Small price to pay for all the other great things!"

"The accommodations were fine as not much time is spent there anyway. A couple of issues with staff. I enquired 3 times with the hotel regarding late night check in and did not receive any helpful answers. So arriving after midnight to find the front door secured was concerning. We had to walk to a Hotel down the block with a similar name and fortunately we did get checked in. In addition the staff were not knowledgeable regarding how to get to and from the beach which was close, but not...

"Tolle Lage direkt am Strand; gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt (bis ins Zentrum ca 30 Minuten); Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, jedoch wurde das Buffet nicht immer aufgefüllt; dies geschah nur auf Nachfrage; es gab 2 Frühstückszeiten; gewünschte und bestätigte Einzelbetten nicht erhalten; Badausstattung (Shampoo etc.) wurde nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt; Lage ruhig; Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden; kein Supermarkt in der Nähe; für einen Kurzurlaub zu empfehlen"

"We had a bright, clean room with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was great. Close to Marina Beach Club so you could hear music at night. Didn’t bother us but might be an issue for others."

"Clean, functional, location, convenient to the tennis academy (reason for being in Valencia, beach and publc transport). Caters to 18 - early 30s population, with a dorm like recreation area on the mezzanine. Despite having sunny days in the high teens and low 20s, the pool remained closed. Rooms are equipped with small induction hubs, microwaves and refrigerators so you can prepare meals in your room if desired. The cleaning team were quick, effective and welcoming. "Le lit n est pas fait,la chambre pas nettoyee. Bon accueil a la reception. Petit dejeuner tres moyen, avec des moments ou il n y a plus rien et on est obliger de demander. Spa tres bien et accueil sympathique. En fait il manque un management qui controle plus, heureusement que les employes font leur possible."

It has now happened to me three times that I stayed there for a night on my way from/to the South of Spain, after a long drive and another one in front of me. Last night a bus load of British youths decided to make the corridor on my floor a party zone…."
