Pros: it has a kitchen with all the items to cook. -the place is spacious -has a heater -it has a pool and jacuzzi. It’s near the lake and walkable to alpine shops Cons: the place is outdated -no ac -the rooms that are far away from the lake have terrible views -sofa bed is uncomfortable.

Black Forest Lodge And Cabins
Friendly staff, room was pretty cleaned. Walls are super thin, could hear our next door neighbors TV all night and kids crying. TV remote didn’t work. The continental breakfast is pretty much coffee and frozen pastries, which pastries ran out. Overall, it was okay for our 1 night stay.

Holiday Inn Resort The Lodge At Big Bear Lake by IHG
Love the walkable distance to the village. Good room. Some areas needed some maintenance and cleaning. Also, the room wasn’t very quiet, our dog could not sit still because of how many noises there were so late at night. Love the lobby. Pretty good beds and bathroom and tv. Super convenient.

Chateau Big Bear Boutique Hotel, BW Signature Collection
Our stay was very nice. Alway so peaceful up in big bear. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious. I would suggest people have to wear masks when getting food as some have no manners and were coughing. But overall a great trip for my husband and I.
