"We loved out stay! Our cabin had everything we needed, and space to chill. When it got a touch warm, our hosts were quick to bring us a fan. The property is super cute with a modern vibe and a perfect kitchen. Our kids loved the queen bunk beds and the games in the cabin made for great memories. We’ll be back!"

No info provided on hours of bar , people at the front desk , etc. shower doesn't have a curtain , just a clear liner , so hopefully nobody needs to use the toilet if someone is in the shower . "We enjoyed our stay and didn’t have any problems while we were there. This a self-checkin place, so we didn’t meet any staff but everything was well explained and provided in advance that we didn’t need to contact them. The location is also a few minutes from the village, which is very convenient. The one thing that we were not prepared for was the coyote screams in the middle of night, but now that we know how they sound like we won’t be scared next time."

"As with much of Big Bear, the buildings are older, but they are well maintained and rooms/condos are updated. It’s clean. Our lake view rooms had a lake view. My only drawback is that parking is tight, barely enough spaces and we were here during the week. Otherwise - great, and if we return to the area, we would stay here again."

"Renovation was on progress during our visit and were assigned on the next building across the street. We booked a standard room without A/C not recommended during summer, winter would be suffice. But the location of this establishment, you don’t need to drive around to visit shop while you can just walk down the street and your there. "Truly a beautiful spot with lake views, marina right next to it if you rent a boat and literally one minute walk to the village. Tons to do!!"

"The fireplace worked,but the jet spa didn't, the blinds need replacing & the other window was above the tub,so hard to get to. The mattress was so old & lumpy, I hardly got any sleep, the lazy boy chair didn't stay extended. The Location was great, the area was serene & quaint. Accessible to downtown & restos."

"Carpet was very dirty. Walking around in it barefoot gave us almost black feet. It need to be deep cleaned. Staff was very friendly and helpful though."

"WiFi didn’t work the whole time and nobody seemed interested. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Both showers were either very hot or very cold with no way to mix. Bathtubs leaked through the drain so ere basically non-functional. On the positive side the unit was clean when we got there. Nice proximity to the lake."

"Fabulous 3 night- 2 day stay. We arrived later than expected and found our key waiting for us. The cabin was so cute, clean, and well-appointed. Cool air at night through the screened windows and fan, and a quiet clientele respectful of the quiet hours. Charming center fireplace and table with candles in common area set such a lovely , restful atmosphere. We enjoyed the pool, free bikes, and free canoes. I read and rested in a Adirondack chair for hours uninterrupted and watched the ducks...

"The hottub was really the sweet spot, cabin was nice overall, the a/c and airflow sucked, had difficulty sleeping due to lack of airflow and it being hot, big bear is a little packed and overrated, not much to do. Good if you want a weekend getaway, not much else."
