"Goed ontvangst en zeer vriendelijke mensen. Wij hadden een mooie kamer met tv, koelkast, nette badkamer, goede bedden echter geen keuken, heb je ook niet nodig. Wij hadden gebruik gemaakt van een heerlijk diner uit eigen keuken. Met name de huisgemaakte tiramisu was zeer goed. Er is een zwembad aanwezig waren je even lekker kan afkoelen. "Absolutely perfect little hotel. Beautifully decorated throughout. The hotel owner was really welcoming and accommodating. He made us feel most welcome Fantastic morning breakfast. Chinon is a lovely little town with a number of restaurants and a lake side bar. Great little over night pit stop for us to help us on our way to the south of France."

"The first thing you notice is the fancy modern building. It can be a bit of walk to the main entrance, but the staff at reception were welcoming, efficient and helpful. Our family room was ready, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The beds were nice and comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom was clean and spacious including shower gel, shampooand conditioner. Everything felt good quality. Nice pool to enjoy too with towels provided, and also a games room for the kids with several things to play with. You beed to buy tokens at 1€ each. The restaurant dining was a good experience and not overly expensive. My son has a limited pallet but we still found food he would eat. Really enjoyable and good portions. I recommend the chicken caesar salad. Breakfast was buffet style and offered great choice. We would stay there again."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was just a short drive to Chatellerault. Difficult to access. Apparently the reception does not open till 5 on a Friday. We understood it opened at 12 every day. Also when we removed the plug to let out a basin of water it flowed all over the floor underneath the basin. There was no air conditioning so it was very hot."

"Great location within a small square with cafes, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Public car park next to hotel which is free from 19:00 - 09:15 and not expensive during other times. We didn’t book breakfast but decided to have it. Such a good decision as breakfast was really good with almost too much of a selection. Pastries, breads, cereals, cheeses, hams, salmon, eggs, bacon, juices and much more."
