"I wasn’t aware it wasn’t a full breakfast until I arrived. Also I almost missed my flight for waiting for a shuttle that never came. Eventually I just called and paid for an uber to go 3 minutes up the road."

"The rooms are nice, large & up to date. The cleaners and front desk were great. The sports bar staff had no idea what was on when - and they weren’t open in the morning for UK sports. The communal areas were very dated and very dirty on a number of days."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel right at home. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated having a great selection to start my mornings. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and a great experience from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Large hotel that’s well kept and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful including the bar/restaurant downstairs. Only real issue was the parking. There is a lot for self park but it is $7 an hour or $30 for overnight parking, which is a bit ridiculous since the hotel is in a rural area just outside of airport and not in the city. Not sure why the need to itemize parking for an additional fee if Westin already charges more for the higher end hotel stays while other hotels that are literally next door don’t."
