The staff was great! Valet was amazing and attentive. The room was very comfortable, clean and water pressure was lovely. The weekend was bitter cold, but the room stayed warm, and water stayed nice and hot.

Everything was excellent - the staff, the room, how smooth the check in and check out, the bar! The atmosphere was absolutely pleasant. The stay was a present for my best friend. We enjoyed our visit so much we booked a stay for my birthday!

It was clean, beds were really comfortable, walking distance to the basketball arena, aquarium, Olympic park, Coca Cola museum.
