"The place is comforted. You just need to bring your own in door shoes and tooth brush and toothpaste. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay."

"Was woke up at 1230am by police asking if we heard any noise or shooting. If there was shots fired the whole hotel would have heard it. Got back to sleep after dealing with the cops and some drunk guest walking around beating on doors. Found said guest passed out in the middle of walk way around 6am. Told supervisor and was advised it wasnt there problems because guest was drunk. Not my damn problem either. So talked to the mornong manager and was told not to come back to that property"

"Great for an unexpected flight that got pushed back for more than 6 hrs. The hotel was amazing in a pinch while I sorted out my last-minute flight. The bar and all staff were amazing. Food was delish. took over 40 min for the food to be made, which is a little long for a burger and chicken, but the food was tasty, and it was great to have yummy options in the hotel and not have to go out."

"As always staff was very kind"

"Had a problem with my A/C woke up hot maintenance could do nothing to help with busted A/C"

"We arrived at Atlanta Airport around 11.15pm. Waited for shuttle, eventually phoned and discovered Shuttle Bus stops at 11.30pm. Not a great start, cost $40 for taxi to take us to CI&S. When I booked I said our flight was coming in at that time - would have appreciated being told that the Shuttle doesn't collect passengers after 11.30pm. My parents used the shuttle to surprise us at the airport, they mentioned to the driver they would need it to go back to the hotel, but the driver didn't...

"The receptionist staff and manager were very nice and welcoming. They greeted us every single time we left or returned. Our room was nice and cozy. The hot breakfast was nice too. The pool was closed for the season, which was disappointing. The location advertised the pool as an amenity, and we weren't able to use it. The pool is indoor, so we were confused about why it needed to close for the season."
