"We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and previous stays would have had a much lower rating…it had a run-down look and uncomfortable beds. I’m happy to say (and I hope remains this way) our stay this time was much, much better. The bed was quite comfortable, the room was clean and well-appointed and the staff was great!"

"Let’s talk about what I booked.. I booked a smoking room, this didn’t mean that I wanted to die from someone else’s old smoke that was prolly sitting in that room for ages…. After every smoking guest I recommend that you at least put an ozone machine to at least get the old smoke out… I seriously sick with respiratory issues during and after the stay.. I had to go to Walmart and get air freshener and also medicines because I couldn’t breathe whilst I was in the room upon my arrival… then let’s...

"Toilet doesn't work they would not change my room. They did fix toilet but then they had roaches the plugs won't hold anything The mini refrigerator went out No trash can Never again 😒 I really deserve half my money back."

"If you want roaches in your room and signs of the room not cleaned then this is the place for you. The second bed in the room had fingernail clippings on the comforter. The bed was made. Went to make a pot of coffee and a roach crawled out of where the coffee was held. The smell of marijuana was everywhere. Very sketchy area."

"The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved."
