Hotel dekat Felician College

"Wir waren positiv überrascht und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Zimmer schön groß und auch funktionell.Frühstück ok. Personal absolut ok. Man muß vom Hotel bis Port Authority ca 30-50 Minuten( ja nach Stau) Busfahrzeit rechnen. Im Bus ( Route 163 bzw. 164, ca 15 Minuten Fußweg zur Haltestelle) ist W-Lan verfügbar und somit kann man die Zeit schon aktiv nutzen. Für uns kein Nachteil,insbesondere wenn mann das Preisniveau in NYC vergleicht. "

"Front desk staff and Director of Operations were super nice and accommodating. We had a power outage and emergency generator was not working (my best guess it was out of fuel.) trust me :) but we made the best of it and sat down in the lounge and relaxed. Some of the evening kitchen staff can be a bit kinder, it goes a long way. All in All I enjoyed my stay."

"There in a 250 dollar deposit on the room. Most places I've stayed have been only 100 dollars. I was disappointed in the amount of this hold. Because I couldn't use the money for my upcoming trip. And I wasn't told about in advance."

"All the staff was very helpful especially at the market. She gave me a free cup of milk to go with my milk and cereal. A few issues I had was for my room was there was a huge red stain in between the two beds on the floor and another stain on the right side of the couch. Maintenance couldn’t clean it but did put something over it so I don’t strip on it. Also this is the first time I had a hotel room not have garbage bags in the garbage can. I had to do it myself. The tissues could be better...

"This is one of the worst hotel ever, I asks for the no smoke bedroom and ufffff disappointed and the bad tub with mood I don’t even want to remember it"

"Gross room that smelled. Didn’t clean or replace towels at all while we were there and didn’t have a proper comforter so we just had to use the sheet at night."

"The staff was amazing !!! The manager of the restaurant was so kind and accommodating we got into our hotel late and although the restaurant was closed, he provided food for our family. It meant so much to us. We will definitely be staying here. We travel to Jersey at least once a year this year we went twice."

"Bathroom needed a better toilet. The seat was coming off. The floor in the room was kinda dirty. Most of the channels on the tv were unavailable. But there was a fridge and microwave and that came in handy. There was also a iron which was also helpful. They also need a better elevator. It was slow and very dirty."
