"You are asking about the staff? There was nobody there when we arrived. I could not find my reservation number because of poor phone connection! It took us 15 minutes to check in and other guests were struggling too! Not a good system and Expedia should let us know that there nobody at the Hotel when you arrive, that we needed our reservation number, not just our names and to be ready for a machine."

"L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."

"Kleines Hotel, dem die Renovierung gut getan hat. Die Dachterrasse war ca 2x2m groß, reicht aber für ein schönes Foto von der unverbauten Aussicht auf die Cite von Carcassonne. Kleiner, liebevoller Garten mit leckerem Frühstück."

"Had a great stay at the property, which is in a nice small village outside of Carcassonne. The breakfast was very nice, with various breads and jams fruits and such. The bathroom was quite large and the room had ample pace and such for clothes. There is a restaurant about 50m away that is very good. Probably the best part is that the proprietrix is wonderful."

"What a lovely stay. One of the friendliest hotels I’ve recently stayed at. Room was large and comfortable. Facilities are great and we made use of the pool in the heat wave. Location is fabulous and only a 5 min walk to the medieval city. Thank you so much for a lovely stay."

"Our hosts were amazing. Anything we needed they provided, even dental floss. Very unique setting and perfect location to attend a wedding at the Chateau. Just a level 8 minute walk. We would definitely return to stay again."

"The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The pool and Jacuzzi are unheated as Americans. We did not realize that Jacuzzis in France were unheated. We were put off by this until we discovered that this is pretty much a universal thing in France that Jacuzzis are unheated. They have a restaurant which we had an appetizer sampler and a few drinks and those were good. The bed was extremely comfortable. The plumbing was a little bit weird, and that we were on the ground floor, and...
