"We were very disappointed to find out that the pool and hot tub are not located in the same building as our room. This should be clearly stated before guests make a reservation, as it is important information for families with children.
Unfortunately, our experience was also affected by cleanliness issues. My kids found empty bottles underneath the bed, which was very disappointing and made us question the thoroughness of the room cleaning.
This was our first stay at Super 8 where we were not...

"Great location for walking along the river path. Front desk appeared understaffed and failed to acknowledge us upon arrival. Housekeeping not provided daily unless specifically requested. Trash overflowing and left on the day we requested. Dumpster overflowing with a second unit locked and unused. Breakfast was decent. Angel is amazing. Selections during high occupancy not as good as slower times. Room was comfortable and quiet."
