"A very pleasant short break at Hollins Hall. Staff were excellent and the food in the Grill on the Hill was delicious. The leisure centre was well equipped and very clean. Yes, the hotel is starting to show its age but overall the stay was very enjoyable. "

"As always The Roger Thorpe hits the mark! 10/10! Great service and food.
I spoke to a guest who had never stayied before and he said exactly the same! 5 star service, food and room!
Great to support a local family hotel.

"The spa area felt quite cold particularly around the pool so not very conducive to relaxing on the sun beds.
The temperature of the pool was quite cool. Best to go in before using any of the thermal journey!
Rooms starting to need redecorating in places and my air conditioning unit in Room 313 was leaking water onto the carpet below.
Breakfast choice was really good and food was hot.
WiFi was very good.
Plenty of free parking at the hotel"

"The Grains bar hotel was selected over others primarily for its location which had several teenage memories. We were visiting family in Smallbridge, Rochdale ... 4miles away, so very convenient. Excellent greeting and first impressions. Ample seating areas, small bar area next to reception, large brekki, dining room but lacked atmosphere. Other rooms (not viewed incl Wedding venue) available. Good meals and menu. Rag pudding...well!
Yes, the parking is a tad awkward, ie circa 20 spaces...

"Lovely hotel with very welcoming staff. Allowed us to check in early which was an added bonus. Nice clean room with every thing you need for a comfy, stress free stay. Will defo stay here again if ever visiting Leeds. "
