"Had to wait an hour because our room wasn’t ready at check-in. No housekeeping during our stay, trash piled up outside, and we had to track down housekeeping ourselves just to get fresh towels. Sand built up in the room since it was never cleaned, and the front desk staff was unfriendly and rarely acknowledged guests. Disappointing experience overall."

"Hotel needs to be updated and needs to stock supplies better, especially breakfast food items. Also, guest services needs to go through daily room service later in the more. People are on vacation and don’t want their rooms cleaned early in the morning."

"The rooms are huge and the fun vibes are endless. Totally worth it. We have a 2 year old and my mother in law end up coming the 2nd day and stayed on the pull-out."

It looked nice and new but then the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, the stove top in the efficiency didn’t work, the hot water in the kitchen didn’t work, the dish washer leaked all over the floor, the free breakfast was missing the first morning except a long line of 25 people getting waffles and the second morning slim pickings with an even longer line for waffles from people making six waffles each and taking literally 25 sausages on one plate. "We were not impressed with this property. There were blood stains on our sheets, no coffee or water glasses. When we requested water glasses they said they did not supply those. Very close to the road so very noisy. Walls are very thin hard to sleep! Also no fire pit like in the photosz"

"Coastal palm inn was a good hotel overall,pool was a little small and pool hours at 8pm was a little early but not a deal breaker breakfast was regular same items everyday not so good but the beach chairs and luggage carts were a plus.The short distance from the beach was the best part,especially with small children.One thing I will say really sucked was the wifi no connection at all.You can do better and improve the wifi."
