"Room was basic but clean, staff were very helpful. Sometimes had a long wait at the front desk since they only had one person covering the desk and the bar. The gym was not really a gym but just a couple machines in the lobby. They also only provided a single pillow/blanket/towel which was not ideal."

"I stayed one night at the hotel and accidentally left my iPad in the opened safe case in my room. I called the front desk, and fortunately they informed me that housekeeping had found it. They kindly offered to send it to my home address if I provide a shipping label. As I am still traveling, I will find a nearby FedEx location to purchase a shipping label and send it to the hotel so they can return my iPad to me. Thank you very much for your honesty and courteous assistance—I truly appreciate your help."

"The room was very nice and clean. It was right next to a shopping centre so it was convenient if you needed anything. It was next to 2 bus lines that took you to the U-Bahn. Staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was varied in breads and yoghurts, but the did not often refill the meats and cheeses. It is best to go earlier to get everything. Otherwise, you will miss out on some food. "
