"My husband and I stayed for 4 nights.....very spacious room. Air conditioning and fridge/freezer was turned on for us when we arrived, which was nice. I was excited to use the indoor pool and hot tub for our stay....only to find that the pool was closed for repairs 😞 but we used the hot tub, even though it was on the smaller side...but, hot and lots of jets. The hotel had a complimentary breakfast every morning, which was satisfactory. But if you're looking for eggs/bacon, they don't have...

"This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected. The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all. There were visible signs of poor housekeeping throughout the room, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The hotel itself...
