"An avid traveler for years, this hidden gem is one of the top places I have ever stayed compelling me to write a review which I normally don’t do. Special thanks go to the amazing staff: Hilario, Ricardo, Tatiana and Miguel! The cleaning ladies were super amazing as well, they did a thorough job and were very pleasant! "I would say this is a 4 star hotel at best. We definitely expected more from this hotel. The issues in isolation aren’t too bad, but combined, it has left us disappointed: * brought to our room 20 minutes after check in because it wasn’t ready. * The shower was clogged. They did address this immediately when we requested maintenance * One of the outlets beside the bed did not work. "This property was a great find! It was immaculate. The townhouses were nestled in well manicured landscaping. The club house was wonderful with breakfast that was decent. The location was 8 mins to the center of town. Our only observation was that the vilas was in need of modernization. The decor needed refreshing. The washing machine and dishwasher didn't work.
