"To Whom It May Concern, I am writing regarding our recent week-long stay at your La Quinta hotel. Unfortunately, during our visit, the elevator was not working, which caused a significant inconvenience for us as guests in our late 60s. Having to use the stairs repeatedly throughout an entire week was difficult, uncomfortable, and physically stressful, especially considering our age. We chose your hotel expecting a safe, convenient, and comfortable stay, and the broken elevator greatly affected...

"A terrible experience. The room was filthy, unsafe, and smelled awful. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and only interested in collecting payment, not resolving any issues guests might have. A terrible hotel that should go out of business."

"It needed a *little* upgrading - like the drain in our bathroom sink as a little bit clogged and the chrome part of the shower dial, 1/2 of it was rubbed off and not shiny like the rest and made it look a little old.. but again these are small cosmetic details that can be easily fixed. Also it would have been nice to have an in room coffee maker, so we brought our own - but other than this the stay was perfect! :-)"

"The price was the only thing but you get what you pay for. The location smelled old, there were multiple pest issues throughout the night and I ended up leaving a day early due to the infestation. Hair on the towels dark white towels at that. Is this wasn't an ideal room situation regardless of the price there still should have been attention paid to the roaches"
