Unfortunately, the menu prices were a bit steep which isn't a problem when the food is excellent, but we found ours not so with various parts microvaved. For nearly £100 for two beers, two starters and two main courses you don't wish to be left disappointed."

"The room was clean although the decor is dated. Two challenges for me - only one light in the room on the wall. I had to ask for a bedside lamp. The staff was excellent at helping resolve that dilemma. The second issue was intermittent internet access. "

"Room was lovely but the air conditioning didn’t work as the battery was flat. Windows don’t open so room was far too hot and stuffy. Bed and pillows were a little soft for our liking.Hotel was extremely busy as there was a show on in the P&J Arena but not enough staff on to clear tables, serve drinks etc. Big cue at bar. Lift broke down in the morning causing cues for lift. Not enough tables for sitting eating breakfast, either carry your food right through the hotel to the other side or eat food at low tables which are fine for evening drinks but no good for eating food."
