"Wonderful location. Beautiful city view! As a solo traveler I felt safe and cared for from the front desk, Drawbar staff, the Cafe and Valet who held my bags when I checked out. My only slight disappointment was there is no pool but everything else was truly elite."

"Our room had several plumbing issues. The toilet overflowed at 1:00 am, I was told they do not have maintenance overnight but would send someone to assist. At 7:00 am the issue was still present. They brought a plunger for us to use and resolve the issue ourselves. At 9 , I took a shower only for the water to back up and overflow onto the floor."
