Bed were too firm, really uncomfortable especially after a 2 night stay. Elevators were not working and apparently per staff they have not been for 3 months now and we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. The tv kept changing channels itself, many channels not working.

The staff were great, the room was clean. The only real problem was the access cards, the system is Very Old ( like maybe 2001 ) and we had to have our cards reset 5 times in a 3 day stay.
