"Loved the view. Front desk was very accommodating!"

"Good experience overall, however we were there for 4 nights, and our room was never cleaned. The policy is to clean it every 2nd or 3rd day, and we requested they not clean it until the 4th day. Never showed even after calling the front desk to request cleaning. We had to call a second time to request fresh towels and coffee pods, and the young woman who brought them to us had a very cocky, bad attitude. All other things considered, the hotel was fine. "

"This hotel was more like a night club with a hotel sandwiched between the two clubs. The staff were so nice, and very fun. Our stay was short, just one night. But, our room had a broken air unit. Called the desk before heading over to a Reds game, came back, air was still not fixed. It took me 4 phone calls and a trip to the front desk and eventually we were given a different room. I feel like after paying $400+ for 1 night we should have been comped. Overall stay was okay. 3 min walk to ballfield and great staff."

"Shower floor was so slippery that we had to hang onto shower door handle, several bedside outlets didn’t work, which were needed for CPAP, and the light switch at the entrance to our room didn’t turn on lights, forcing us to walk around in the dark until we found other switches. When we talked to the manager, she was rude, passive aggressive, and blamed us for not reporting it at 1AM, when she could have given us a different room, which was not a useful solution. "

"Pricey breakfast buffet ($26per), but expected for location & selection. Wasted water in the morning until hot. Airport shuttle drops off/pickup directly in front of hotel. Easy walking distance to stadiums."

"Love this hotel chain! Having 24 hour access to such an amazing art collection makes an insomniac like myself heart’s sing. Will definitely stay here the next time we are Cincinnati. "

"Arrived around 2pm attempted to check in and no rooms were available, which is understandable. The they assured rooms are guaranteed to be ready by 4pm. I arrive back at 8pm after the Reds game and my room still wasn't ready and to come back in 10 mins. Once I come back still not ready due to the Manager needs to do the room inspection. I eventually get to check in at 9pm which is unacceptable"
