The apartment was nice with beautiful view. Kitchen was without toaster no ”fairy” and only one tablet for dishwasher. Lack of space to put down your stuff in bathroom. It was my husbands 70th birthday and I asked if I could order something but they said the hotel will bring something which never happened. A chaningroom in spa area would be nice

Dinner is available, but you can’t book it shortly

In case you haven’t book the dinner with the booking of your room, you are not allowed to eat/book a table for dinner during your stay… The tables are booked for guests and no one warn about it. There are 2 entrances to the buffet area and the trick is the staff of the hotel stays only on one of them to place you to the „planned“ table. In case you went through the other entrance nobody would say a word… or inform you about „placing plan“. In 35 years of traveling around Asia, Europe, Africa, Americas - this is the firsttime I see the sitting plan for breakfast . The staff fighting with each other in front of the guests. I would say some improvements must be made, otherwise strange hotel - never coming back, never will be recommended.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Zimmer geräumig und schön möbliert mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Der Wellnessbereich ist ausreichend groß und gut gepflegt. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen durchgehend sehr freundlich. Wir waren mit dem Essen sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Abendessen sehr zufrieden, die angebotenen Speisen waren hochwertig und abwechslungsreich. Einen besonderen Dank an Vivien, die unseren Urlaub zu den Mahlzeiten zu einem besonderen Erlebnis gemacht hat. Herzlich, kompetent und immer mit einem Lächeln hat sie auch in stressigen Situationen die Übersicht behalten.

Das VAYA ist ein Traum. Die Zimmer sind unglaublich schön, toller Ausblick je nach Lage und vor allem ein gigantisches Frühstück..! Der Pool war mir mit 33 Grad für den Sommer zu warm, aber das ist auch das kleinste Problem. Ich werde wieder kommen..! Super freundliches Personal.

Zimmer war sehr schön & sauber. Wir hatten einen super schönen Ausblick vom Balkon. Frühstück & Abendessen waren sehr gut, es gab reichlich Auswahl. Das Personal spricht überwiegend im Gastronomie Bereich Englisch. Sauna Bereich war gut, das Schwimmbad haben wir nicht genutzt da es immer gut gefüllt war. Die Anlage ist groß, jede Altersklasse vertreten. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hat auf jeden Fall überzeugt! Auch wenn wir es etwas kleiner, familiärer bevorzugen, ist das Hotel definitiv zum weiterempfehlen geeignet. Vom Hotel aus gibt es super Wanderungen oder Touren mit dem Rad. Das Parken kostet vor dem Hotel pro Tag 8€.

Gute Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches und zuverlässiges Personal, abwechslungsreiches Abendessen, allerdings qualitativ schwankend, das sich scheinbar nach einer Woche wiederholt, praktisch war das Skidepot an der Talstation, die einzelnen Häuser sind unterirdisch verbunden, Saunabereich großzügig allerdings bei ausgebuchtem Haus zu klein, Parkplatz am Haus kostet Gebühr
