"Super 👌"

"Decent breakfast and also the staff was helpful to loan us a portable fan as the central air conditioning was off as per the normal practice in Austria in October"

Colazione Abbondante, personale gentile. Molto bella la piscina"

"Clean and spacious room, staff friendly and helpful, location great for touring and also easy walk to train station, and guest laundry so convenient!"

"It was a terrible stay After paying for a parking lot, we realise the basement car park was very crammed. There was no place to park and I ended up having to park at the handicap lot and risk being wheel clamp. But it was after a long hike and it was the hotel who explicitly disallowed me to park on the surface lot outside the hotel Next came the ground floor cafe/ restaurant which had flies flying around the pizzas. I can’t believe this is Innsbruck Finally in October the hotel did not have any...

"Great hotel in a central location to walk around Innsbruck. We traveled by train and it is a short 10 min walk to hotel. Room was spacious and clean and staff very helpful in aiding our public transport plans we had during our trip to a nearby mountain."

"Great spa and had a nice dinner at the restaurant! There was amazing views of the mountains. Lady at the desk and server was nice and provided great service as well."
