"Sketchy neighborhood, shady people hanging around. Not a good looking place to stay. Actually made different arrangements."

"Air conditioning didn’t cool the room well at all. Bathroom smelled like mold. Shower didn’t get hot. Towels had what looked like makeup stains on them. Front desk was not very friendly, looked more put out that we were checking in. Lobby and elevators were clean. Room appeared clean when we walked in but with odd smell."

"Wonderful hotel. The room was quiet and we felt very safe. Breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the slight variety from day to day on food offering. I felt comfortable asking the front desk questions because we were always greeted respectfully. We actually felt like guests and not customers. Will 100% stay here again when we return."

"First time booking with Holiday Inn/IGH. It is also my last. Hotel staff is rude. First they charged my card $25 incidental fees before I even stepped foot on the property… hours before check-in. Then when I checked in they charged me $25 per day for incidentals so if you are staying multiple days be prepared to be charged separate $25 incidentals fee for each and every single day you stay. They don’t tell you about the daily incidentals fee they just charge it to your card - then they get mad and are rude when you ask why you’re being charged. They also retain the fees they didnt tell you they were charging you for 3-5 business days after you check out. Management does not respond to questions or complaints and will not speak with customers. Staff is rude and corporate customer service passes the buck back to the hotel but management doesn’t speak to customers.: Breakfast is mostly carbs and poorly prepared watery eggs and watery gravy. There were crumbs around the cabinet in our room, trash in the bed. The TVs take 2 remotes, one to turn it in and operate the sound, the 2nd one to change the channel. The hot tub was murky and poorly maintained. IGH and Holiday Inn do not care and do nothing to resolve any issues that arrive."

"We acknowledged a service dog on the reservation and went through info upon arrival and then were asked to leave because you cannot leave your service animal in the room unattended. Very unprofessional and uncaring "
