"We liked everything about the property. They had excellent breakfast. Excellent dinner. Excellent spa. Location was great. Only complain we didn’t have AC in our room and it got hot at night inspite of the fan that they provided. "

"From the moment we arrived the hotel i.pressed us. It is luxurious and clean from reception to the bar and restaurant areas and the rooms. There was a short queue to check in when we arrived but the staff were very efficient and we did not have to wait long. At check in they advised that they had upgraded us to one of their newly renovated rooms for no additional charge. The room was gorgeous. "Everything was fabulous"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, the rooms were so clean and cozy. The furnishings were beautiful and the shower was excellent with white company bath products. The reception were very helpful when we forgot our phone charger! Only small complaint was some loud noise late at night but I think there was a wedding on. Breakfast buffet was also 10/10, everything was so fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here!"

"The Abbey Lodge was very clean, it’s was in walking distance to the shops and the bars, fantastic place to stay and off road parking, we will stay there again "

"The Randles staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We loved the feather beds and the size of the room. It was off-season so we had to dine next door, but it is part of the same "group" of hotels and the food and drink were great."
