Top Fife Hotel Reviews

Hill Park Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"It was a very quiet hotel and it was nice to have the business next door. Very nice room, happy with my stay"

Best Western Plus Dunfermline Crossford Keavil House Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Really liked this hotel. It’s a little out of the way but really pleasant and the facilities are great."

Holiday Inn Express Dunfermline by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Clean and comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good and served hot."

Dean Park Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This is a beautiful hotel with lovely grounds and outdoor seating. Very friendly welcome from reception on arrival. A big room and spacious bathroom with large walk in shower. Very comfortable huge bed. Lovely high tea in restaurant. Nice lounge and bar where we enjoyed a drink and played pool and darts. A novelty for our 2 grandchildren. Breakfast was great, the usual cereal, yogurts, fresh fruit, ham and cheese along with cooked items. A lovely stay whilst enroute to Edinburgh zoo. My only grip would be the extra charge for 2 kids beds and wasn't clear when I booked with Expedia."

Best Western Balgeddie House Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"As a solo female traveler, I opted for this beautiful hotel in Glenrothes. It was centrally located to all things on my itinerary, and was very affordable for my, almost, two week stay! The hotel staff was the most welcoming staff I have ever witnessed, and it truly made all of the difference for my first big trip! The hotel has an option for continental breakfast, or you can request a full Scottish breakfast cooked as well! They have a restaurant right downstairs, and a bar to accompany that for after your long day of adventures! The venison Escalope quickly became my favorite meal. The rooms are clean, nicely ventilated, and have beautiful rural views- including the option for a Garden-view room. Within 10 minutes of Falkland, and less than an hour drive from Edinburgh; this hotel is perfect for solo travelers, families, or groups with a long stay. I truly felt at home at the Balgeddie, and would recommend it time and time again. I cannot wait to come back to book another stay! Slainte!"

The City Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Nice hotel with a great location near Carnegie Hall, Dunfermline Abbey, the park and other businesses. Nice staff and good restaurant. The rooms were fine but a person has to understand older hotels don't have elevators in many instances, so plan for that."

Gilvenbank
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely experience, staff so helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent too."

Queensferry guest house
8/10 Good
"A very convenient location for the cruise terminal in Rosyth. Staff extremly helpful. Room basic, but clean with comfortable beds"

Balcomie Links Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is ideally situated at the north end of the town providing lovely sea views, a short walk to the town facilities and harbour. The rooms were large, modern and clean with adequate facilities. The staff were friendly and check in was quick and efficient. We had dinner at the hotel and were very impressed with the abundant choices in the menu at very reasonable prices. Service was fast and the food was absolutely delicious with very large portions. The included breakfast was similarly delightful with a large number of choices to meet most tastes. We had the full Scottish breakfast which was huge and filled us for the rest of the day! In summary, we highly recommend this hotel for a perfectly stay in this ancient fishing port, ideally situated for exploring the beautiful East Neuk of the Kingdom of Fife."
