"i had a great stay at the central loop hotel in chicago and would absolutely rate it 5 stars overall the location is fantastic right in the heart of downtown making it easy to walk to so many attractions restaurants and transit options the room was clean comfortable and well maintained with everything i needed for a relaxing stay the staff was friendly and helpful which really added to the experience the only small issue i ran into was with the mobile check in it didn’t work smoothly at first however when i arrived at the hotel i was still able to complete the check in process myself without much trouble so it didn’t end up being a big deal overall i had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again great value great location and a comfortable stay"
