"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, the service was slow, and the overall experience did not match the price paid. Staff seemed uninterested in helping guests, and several amenities advertised were either unavailable or poorly maintained. Noise levels were also an issue, making it difficult to rest. I expected much better hospitality and would not recommend staying here based on my experience."

"The room was nothing like the photos. I wish the photos given for the room was more realistic. That said the room was functional. The shower worked fine and had plenty of hot water. The bed was reasonably comfortable. It had a small but functional TV, the fridge did not work. We checked in at 4am and it took the front room staff a long time to verify our booking even after showing hum a print out and online verification of our booking.
