"Clean room and friendly staff"

"The property and staff were fine. TV didnt work. Mattresses were so old that the springs litterally dug into our backs at night. Awful sleeping experience. "

"The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. All day coffee machine was great. There are not many hotels in the area, but plenty of restaurants nearby. "

"Great location in Baltimore but very outdated appearance in public areas and room. Elevator also not working. Expensive and not great quality overall."

"Avoid staying in the area in general if you can. Staff wasn’t really friendly minus one cleaning staff who let me in back to my room before check out when my keys stop working and went to the front desk twice to try and fix it. No restaurants or food service with in walking distance "

"5 day stay. Clean rooms and everything good all around. Only thing that mattered for me was the smokers outside. Their smoke would get into the room and got unbearable. Two nights later when they were gone, it was great. "

"Room was clean and decently updated. Staff was nice. Free hot breakfast but you could tell it was just reheated. Pool was out of order. Fitness center was very small (dumbbells, elliptical & treadmill) and the treadmill didn’t work. They do have a partnership with the fitness center around the corner if you have time to use that instead. My room keys deactivated multiple times throughout my stay. "

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. "

"Overall, the entire property is well maintained. Breakfast, we okay, no bacon or meat available at 9am. Breakfast is from 7am to 10am."

"Breakfast was an add on we didn't choose. Staff wasn't as sharp mor friendly as they should be. Called our room at 9:00 PM to ask our name? Not being sure about the call, I said I will come down to the desk. When I got there, I was again asked my name then I was told to step away from the desk, and wait. After a short wait she called me back up and said you can go. No explanation, just a big inconvenience with no apparent reason. "
