"Casino is clean but the rooms are pretty old. Stained carpets and chairs. Stains on the carpet in the elevator. Had noisy neighbors and the walls are pretty thin. They kept me up and then after finally getting to sleep they woke me up again at 4:00 am. We used to stop here a few times each year. Receiving a few free nights but mostly lay off coupons. "We needed a place to stay for one night while visiting for a graduation. We found the Regency to be clean and neat but very basic which suited our needs. It was close to restaurants and a grocery store. It worked fine for a short term stay. The rooms are old and could use an upgrade. The carpet needs to be replaced, but the price was right."
