"We had a really pleasant stay, just what we needed after a busy day. The entire hotel is nicely well kept, modern, clean, with comfortable bed, very nice and helpful staff. We were very impressed by the included continental breakfast because they offer a variety of breakfast choices to accommodate everyone’s preferences. We will definitely comeback for a longer stay."

"Room was horrible smelt like cigarettes and mold. The fire alarm was ripped out of the wall with wires hanging out. Bedding was all stained yellow. Would go out for breakfast and there would be nothing left or everything was scattered and messy. Had do not disturb thing on door. House keeping would start banging on the door at 7 in the morning. People were yelling and screaming all hours of the night. Doors were constantly being banged on. Horrible experience should of gotten a refund after the...

"The staff was accommodating especially Yvonne in maintenance who helped with changes in room and cleaning of room.Lucy the manager did not provide toaster or stove requested. One terrible thing, the rugs in first foor are soiled and dirty with visible marks, the furniture and hotel is outdated. This should be taken into account by Expedia."

"Hotel is very nice and the staff and service are very good. But they don't tell you in advance that the Night Owl Suite, which is one of their more expensive rooms, is across the street from loud music that goes until 2:00 in the morning."

"The room was spacious, quiet and clean. However a guest spilled french fries on the stairs leading down to the lobby (I was on 3rd floor) and they were there from the time I checked in on Saturday night till I checked out on Tuesday. It didn't leave a good impression. Other than that, my stay was fine"
