"The room was impossibly small. The entry door had wide gaps to the frame and wouldn’t be able to withstand a single kick. No dressers. No comforter. We didn’t get housekeeping one of the 2 days. "The most disgusting place I've ever been. There were no locks on outside doors, our room door showed "no smoking" but there were many cigarette holes on the sheets and blanket. There were no tiles, the bathtub was gross, the furniture was falling apart, there were holes everywhere, wires were sticking out on the ceiling, and we couldn't wait to get out, even if it meant no return of funds. This place should not be listed ANYWHERE!"

"Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again."

"The rooms are a bit strange because it lacks windows. Instead, there is a slider door out to a common walkway. When the drapes are open there is no privacy. When they are closed the room is very dark. If I were going back I would suggest a room with windows. That option was not offered to us at checkout, so that is disappointing."
